Train-the-Trainer

EITI provides comprehensive Train-the-Trainer programs. These programs involve a thorough needs assessment, customized program development, training delivery, train-the-trainer programs, and follow-up. Optional training services, such as Work Procedures development and Tool Selection, complement the training delivery.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
  • STEP 1: NEEDS ASSESSMENT: EITI reviews your current training programs, organizational goals, and site needs.
  • STEP 2: PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: EITI creates an outline of the required training program and the necessary resources, complete with lesson plans and course materials.
  • STEP 3: PROGRAM DELIVERY: EITI trains your workforce in the subject matter. (View Training Modules above for popular course topics).
  • STEP 4: TRAIN-THE-TRAINER: EITI teaches your student-trainers how to deliver the newly developed program.
  • STEP 5: FOLLOW-UP: EITI reviews the delivery of the new training program and ensures that the training program is fully understood by student-trainers and, where necessary, provides additional support for program and/or trainers.
